Information We Collect

•When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored only as a secure hash, never in plain text).
•If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google.
•When you place an order, we collect your shipping address and phone number. Payments are handled by Razorpay — we only store the payment ID, never your card, UPI or bank details.
•We record basic, anonymous visit data — the page visited, the referring site and your device type (mobile, tablet or desktop) — to understand how the site is used.

•To process and deliver your orders, and to share your name, address and phone number with our courier partner for delivery.
•To manage your account and provide customer support.
•To send you account and order emails — verification codes, order confirmations, shipping and cancellation updates. We do not send marketing emails at this time.
•To improve our website, products, and overall shopping experience.

•We use industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption and secure password hashing to protect your personal data.
•Your payment information is processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card details on our servers.
•Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

•Try-On is optional and only runs after you tick the consent box.
•Your photo is uploaded to Cloudinary for a short time and sent, with the product image, to AI models hosted on HuggingFace Spaces, which create the preview.
•We delete your photo from Cloudinary as soon as the preview is finished or fails — usually within a minute. We do not keep the photo or the generated preview on our servers.
•The AI models are run by third parties on HuggingFace. They process your photo to create the preview; please avoid using Try-On if you are not comfortable with this.

•Razorpay — online payments.
•Cloudinary — product images and temporary storage of Try-On photos.
•HuggingFace — AI models for Virtual Try-On.
•Resend — sending account and order emails.
•Google — optional "Sign in with Google".
•MongoDB Atlas and Render — our database and server hosting.
•Each provider receives only the data needed for its job. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

•You can view and update your name and password in your account settings.
•You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to delete your account, by emailing crayzee.in@gmail.com from your registered email address.
•We delete account data within 30 days of a verified request. Order and payment records may be kept longer where the law requires it (for example, for tax and accounting).

•We use your browser's local storage to keep you logged in and to remember your cart, wishlist and recent searches.
•We also store a random, anonymous visitor ID to count visits. It is not linked to advertising.
•We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. Clearing your browser data removes all of this.
